Identifying Information
Altair Data Resources collects the following identifying information pertaining to you when you register for our service:

Name

Address

E-mail address

Phone and fax number

Company name and job title (optional)

Simply put, personal information provided by you on any Altair Contact Information form will NOT be sold at any time. We use the information you provide us for authentication and billing purposes, to provide secure access to our web site, and to provide you with information only when you have requested it. Altair uses this information as directed by you through your Altair Data Profile.

Credit card information
Altair collects credit card information solely to complete a single Altair Data Resources transaction. Altair Data Resources does not save the credit card information you send to us. We don't even cache your credit card information, so if you skip to another page before ordering a product, your data will not be saved. Altair will never willfully disclose any credit card information to any third party for any purpose.

Choices for opt out of information use and sharing
When you become a registered user of Altair Data Resources, you control what communications may be directed to you as a result of having provided your identifying information to Altair. Altair Data Resources offers you two choices to opt out of receiving promotional communications. The choices available are listed below, and are also clearly indicated on the Altair Data Resources Registration page.

• Yes, send me an Altair Data catalog.
• Yes, send me news about Altair Data and its companies.

You may also send your choice to us by e-mail.
If you do not wish to receive future promotional information from Altair, e-mail us at customersupport@altairdata.com with the following message:"Please do not send me any promotional information from Altair."

Updating and correcting information
Once you register and sign in you can update and/or correct your own registration information through Altair Data Resources's User Info Profile Management Option, including:

• Updating or correcting any address information that you entered previously
• Updating or changing your Password and/or your Hint word
• Updating or changing your e-mail address
